STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Last week, as the internet laughed along with Eli Manning’s alter ego, Chad Powers, Penn State’s newest name, image and likeness collective scrambled to think fast and capitalize faster. “The moment I saw it, it was like, OK, how can we do something with this?” said former Penn State quarterback Chris Ganter, general manager of Lions Legacy Club. “We had a good opportunity to do something with Penn State’s run-ons out of this.”
